碳酸锆催化合成水杨酸己酯

摘要 以碳酸锆为催化剂,水杨酸和正己醇为原料合成水杨酸己酯。测试了一些无机盐对该反应的催化效果,发现碳酸锆对该反应具有良好的催化性能,并研究了碳酸锆用量及套用情况。研究结果表明:酸醇投料比为1︰1.5(质量比)时,碳酸锆用量为水杨酸重量的2.0%较适宜,碳酸锆的催化性能稳定,可回收套用。当催化剂套用多次后,流失较多时,补加适量的新鲜催化剂即可使反应恢复正常。 Zirconium carbonate is used as a catalyst,salicylic acid and n-hexanol are used as raw materials to synthesize hexyl salicylate.The catalytic effect of some inorganic salts on the reaction was tested,and it was found that zirconium carbonate has good catalytic performance for the reaction,and the dosage and application of zirconium carbonate were studied.The research results show that when the ratio of acid to alcohol is 1︰1.5(mass ratio),the amount of zirconium carbonate is 2.0% by weight of salicylic acid.The catalytic performance of zirconium carbonate is stable and can be recycled and reused.When the catalyst is used for many times and the loss is large,adding an appropriate amount of fresh catalyst can make the reaction return to normal.
