改性糠醛渣对酯化反应影响的研究

摘要 本文采用浓硫酸对糠醛渣进行改性,在其本身具有的孔结构的基础上,进一步通过化学键将磺酸基引入到糠醛渣的表面及孔内,并考察了改性糠醛渣对酯化反应的影响。实验结果表明,以改性糠醛渣为催化剂,催化剂用量为乙醇质量的15%,110℃反应60 min,乙酸乙酯的产率为43.2%,对酯化反应具有较好的催化作用,相较浓硫酸,改性糠醛渣催化酯化反应产的副产物更少,且具有一定的重复实用性,不失为一种更环保的酯化反应催化剂,对于进一步扩大糠醛渣应用具有很好的实际应用价值。 In this paper,furfural residue was modified by concentrated sulfuric acid.Based on the pore structure of furfural residue,sulfonic acid group was further introduced into the surface and pore of furfural residue by chemical bond,and the effect of modified furfural residue on esterification reaction was investigated.The experimental results show that the modified furfural residue as the catalyst,catalyst dosage of ethanol is 15%,under the condition of 110℃60 min of reaction,the yield of ethyl acetate is 43.2%,the esterification reaction has good catalytic effect,compared with concentrated sulfuric acid,the modified furfural residue catalytic esterification reaction of less by-products,and has a certain practicality,repeat It is a more environmentally friendly catalyst for esterification reaction and has a good practical application value for further expanding the application of furfural residue.
