摘要
熔喷布是医用外科口罩的核心材料,其过滤性能决定了口罩的防护质量。该文随机抽取了10批次医用外科口罩,通过非油性颗粒过滤效率(PFE)、细菌过滤效率(BFE)、压力差(ΔP)等评价其过滤性能,并利用红外光谱(FTIR)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对熔喷布进行分析。结果显示:非油性颗粒过滤效率(PFE)和细菌过滤效率(BFE)之间存在相互关联,压力差(ΔP)与熔喷布纤维致密度有关,熔喷布纤维网状结构的质量对熔喷布的过滤性能影响较大,熔喷布生产应重视聚丙烯粒料的物理性能参数。
Melt-blown cloth is the core material of surgical mask.Its filtration performance determines the protection quality of surgical mask.In this paper,10 batches of surgical masks were randomly selected.The filtration performance of the masks was evaluated by non-oil particle filtration efficiency(PFE),bacterial filtration efficiency(BFE)and pressure difference(ΔP),and the melt blown cloth was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Results showed that the oil particle filtration efficiency(PFE)and bacteria filtration efficiency(BFE)between correlation,pressure difference(ΔP)associated with melt-blown cloth fiber density,the quality of the cloth of melt-blown fiber mesh structure influence the performance of melt-blown fabric filter,melt-blown fabric production should pay attention to the physical properties of the polypropylene pellet parameters.
