摘要
氧化亚铜(Cu_(2)O)作为p型直接带隙半导体,由于其性质无毒、资源丰富、易于制备、化学性质稳定,以及较合适的光学禁带宽度等多方面优良的特性已经被广泛应用于太阳能电池领域中。本文主要对Cu_(2)O在太阳能电池领域中的应用现状进行分析,讨论了Cu_(2)O太阳能电池中普遍存在的影响电池光电转换效率的问题,为改良此类太阳能电池的研究提供一定的理论依据。
As a p-type direct band gap semiconductor,cuprous oxide(Cu_(2)O)has been widely used in the field of solar cells,because of its non-toxic properties,abundant resources,easy preparation,stable chemical properties and suitable optical band gap.This paper mainly analyzed the application status of Cu_(2)O in the fields of solar cells,discussed the common problems that affect the photoelectric conversion efficiency of Cu_(2)O solar cells,and provided a theoretical basis for the research of improving such solar cells.
