摘要
本文综述了可用于太阳电池光吸收层的AlSb薄膜的特性以及研究进展。为进一步探究AlSb薄膜难制备、易潮解的难题,调研分析了近年来AlSb薄膜的研究成果。介绍了几种AlSb薄膜的制备方法并探讨了这些制备方法的优缺点,总结了改善AlSb薄膜性能的手段。阐述了AlSb薄膜的潮解机理以及抑制AlSb薄膜潮解的方法。从目前研究成果的分析来看,AlSb薄膜是能够应用于太阳电池的。最后对AlSb薄膜应用于太阳电池的发展前景进行展望,并提出研究思路与建议。
This article reviews the characteristics and research progress of AlSb thin films that can be used in the light absorption layer of solar cells.In order to further explore the difficult and deliquescent problems of AlSb films,the research results of AlSb films in recent years were investigated and analyzed.Several preparation methods of AlSb films are introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of these preparation methods are discussed,and the methods to improve the properties of AlSb films are summarized.The deliquescent mechanism of AlSb film and the method to inhibit deliquescent of AlSb film are described.From the analysis of current research results,AlSb thin film can be applied to solar cells.Finally,the prospects for the application of AlSb thin films to solar cells are prospected,and research ideas and suggestions are put forward.
