摘要
印染废水具有水量大、色度高和难生化降解等特点,是难处理的废水之一。惠州市博罗县某印染厂生化系统长期处于超负荷运转状态,出水水质波动较大。本项目开展了生物强化处理的工程菌对染整废水特征污染物的降解效能及其在染整废水中实际处理效果研究,结果表明,生物强化工程菌不仅可以改善好氧池微生物生态结构、提高处理效率、提升出水水质;而且提高了生化系统的耐冲击性,降低污泥产量,减少了系统运行费用,具有良好的环保、经济效益。
The printing and dyeing sewage is of great quantity,high colority and poor biochemical purification ability,it is one of wastewater that difficult to treat.The biochemical system of a printing and dyeing factory in Boluo county of Huizhou city is in a state of overload for a long time,water quality changed frequently.This project carried out a study on the degradation efficiency of characteristic pollutants in dyeing and finishing wastewater and the actual treatment effect in dyeing and finishing wastewater by engineering bacteria treated with biological enhancement.In addition,it improves the impact resistance of the biochemical system,reduces the sludge output,reduces the system operation cost,and has good environmental protection and economic benefits.
