摘要
目的:气相色谱法测定石菖蒲油中莰烯、桉油精、芳樟醇、樟脑、龙脑、丁香酚和甲基丁香酚七种成分的含量,建立其含量测定的方法,为石菖蒲的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用气相色谱法,Agilent HP-5(0.25μm×0.32 mm×30 m),程序升温:初始温度60℃,以2℃/min升至85℃,再以8℃/min升至100℃,保持2 min,再以0.2℃/min升至105℃,最后以10℃/min升至260℃,载气为高纯氮气(≥99.999%),载气流量6.5 mL/min,分流比为10︰1;FID检测器温度260℃,进样口温度260℃。结果:七种物质的方法学考察均符合要求,准确测定了石菖蒲挥发油样品中莰烯、桉油精、芳樟醇、樟脑、龙脑、丁香酚和甲基丁香酚的含量。结论:气相色谱法测定石菖蒲挥发油中莰烯、桉油精、芳樟醇、樟脑、龙脑、丁香酚和甲基丁香酚的含量简便、快捷,可为控制石菖蒲的质量提供依据。
Objective:Gas chromatography is used to determine the contents of seven components of camphene,eucalyptol,linalool,camphor,camphor,eugenol and methyl eugenol in volatile oils of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,and establish a method for their content determination,which is the quality control of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma Provide evidence.Methods:Using gas chromatography,Agilent HP-5(0.25μm×0.32 mm×30 m),temperature program:initial temperature 60℃,increase to 85℃ at 2℃/min,then increase to 100℃ at 8℃/min,keep 2 min,then rise to 105℃ at 0.2℃/min,and finally to 260℃ at 10℃/min,the carrier gas is high-purity nitrogen(≥99.999%),the carrier gas flow rate is 6.5 mL/min,and the split ratio is 10︰1.FID detector temperature 260℃,temperature of injection port 260℃.Results:The methodological investigation of the seven substances met the requirements,and the contents of camphene,eucalyptol,linalool,camphor,borneol,eugenol and methyl eugenol in the volatile oil samples were accurately determined.Conclusion:The determination of the content of camphene,eucalyptol,linalool,camphor,camphor,eugenol and methyl eugenol in the volatile oil of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma by gas chromatography is simple and fast,which can provide a basis for the quality control of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma.
