摘要
建立了适用于未反应C_(4)样品中微量含氧化合物测定的气相色谱方法。采用CP-Lowox毛细管柱在一定的色谱分析条件下分析标准混合液体和实际样品。结果表明,该方法分离效果良好,外标法定量结果准确,6次测定标准混合液体和3次测定实际样品的相对标准偏差均小于3%,可满足甲基叔丁基装置工艺过程中微量含氧化合物的质量监控和实际生产快速分析的需要。
A gas chromatographic method suitable for the determination of trace oxygenated compounds in unreacted C_(4) samples has been established.Use CP-Lowox capillary column to analyze standard mixed liquid and actual sample under certain chromatographic analysis conditions.The results show that the separation effect of this method is good,and the quantitative results of the external standard method are accurate.The relative standard deviations of 6 determinations of standard mixed liquid and 3 determinations of actual samples are both less than 3%,which can meet the requirement of trace content in the process of methyl tert-butyl unit.The quality monitoring of oxygen compounds and the need for rapid analysis of actual production.
