摘要
以桑叶茶的挥发性成分分析为案例,让学生通过桑叶茶的挥发性成分分析,感知如何将学习到的理论知识跟实际应用结合起来。实验分析结果表明桑叶茶乙酸乙酯索氏提取物的主要挥发性成分是乙酸丁酯(GC含量85.75%),其次为十一烷(GC含量4.94%)。乙酸丁酯具有愉快的果香气味,是桑叶茶的主要风味化合物。通过线上观看实验演示视频和桑叶茶的挥发性成分分析等案例教学,提高学生自主学习效果。
Taking the analysis of volatile components of mulberry leaf tea as a case,students can perceive how to combine the theoretical knowledge with practical application through the analysis of volatile components of mulberry leaf tea.The results showed that the main volatile component of Soxhlet extract was butyl acetate(GC content 85.75%),followed by undecane(GC content 4.94%).Butyl acetate is the main flavoring compound of mulberry leaf tea with pleasant fruity smell.Through online watching experimental demonstration video and case teaching of volatile components analysis of mulberry leaf tea,students'autonomous learning effect was improved.
