医药工程设计中静电危害的分析及安全措施的探讨

摘要 本文针对医药行业的特点,对医药行业中常见的静电危害进行了分析,为进一步的医药安全设计提供了依据。对于医药行业常用的两种溶媒甲苯和乙醇,理论计算绝缘管道中静电电荷积累所聚集的能量。得出在绝缘管道中的流速建议值,以便消除静电积累,杜绝安全隐患,为进一步的医药安全设计提供了依据。 In this paper,according to the characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry,the common electrostatic hazards in the pharmaceutical industry were analyzed,which provided a basis for the further safety design of the pharmaceutical industry.For toluene and ethanol,two solvents commonly used in pharmaceutical industry,the energy accumulated by electrostatic charge accumulation in insulated pipes theoretically.In order to eliminate the accumulation of static electricity and put an end to the hidden danger of safety,it is concluded that the recommended value of the flow velocity in the insulated pipe.It provides the basis for the further safety design of medicine.
