摘要
壳聚糖大多来自虾、真菌等的提取,经研究,鲎经过一系列的提取处理,同样可以得到。本文以中国鲎和圆尾鲎为原料,探究用EDTA实验法和盐酸法两种化学方法处理鲎腹、鲎肢、鲎胸、鲎尾等不同部位,从而得到不同部位的甲壳素,再经过碱处理,得到壳聚糖。通过产率的计算,比较不同种类的鲎及其不同部位的甲壳素和壳聚糖的提取率差异,再用红外光谱对各部位的甲壳素及壳聚糖进行表征。
Chitosan is mostly extracted from shrimp,fungi,etc.After research,limulus after a series of extraction processing,can also be obtained.The Tachypleus Tridentatus and Carcinoscopius rotundicauda as raw material,to explore with EDTA experiment method and hydrochloric acid method,two methods of chemical processing horseshoe crabs abdomen,horseshoe crabs limb,horseshoe crabs chest,horseshoe crabs and other different parts,resulting in different parts of the chitin,again after alkali treatment,obtain chitosan.Production rate by calculation,comparison of different kinds of horseshoe crabs and differences of the different parts of the chitin and chitosan extraction rate,with each part of the infrared spectrum of chitin and chitosan were characterized.
