竹粉/聚丙烯阻燃复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 本研究以聚丙烯和竹粉为原料,研究竹粉和阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP)对竹塑复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。实验结果表明竹粉加入竹塑复合材料的韧性有所降低,而竹塑复合材料的断裂强度并无明显变化。添加阻燃剂App后,竹塑阻燃复合材料的韧性降低,而断裂应力无明显变化。阻燃剂APP的添加量为20%,材料的极限氧指数为29.5%,说明该材料为难燃材料。 bamboo powder/polypropylene flame-retardant composites material were fabricated using polypropylene and bamboo powder,and the effect of bamboo powder and flame retardant ammonium polyphosphate(APP)on mechanical and flame retardant properties was studied.The experimental results showed that the toughness of the composite was reduced when bamboo powder was added,but the fracture strength of the composite had no obvious change.After APP was added,the toughness of the composite was reduced,but the fracture stress had no obvious change.The addition amount of flame retardant APP was 20%,and the limiting oxygen index of the material was 29.5%,indicating that the material was inflammable material.
