摘要
为了解决植物石蜡切片制作过程中染色步骤繁琐、优片率低下的问题,本研究以水稻为材料探索了石蜡切片制作过程中新的染色方法。新的染色方法将材料整体染色后再进行切片,成片效果与原工艺没有差异,但试剂耗材损耗下降,优片率显著上升。新的染色方法利用叔丁醇替代了二甲苯脱水的作用,叔丁醇脱水效果好且低毒,达到了绿色化学的目的。本研究为石蜡切片制作工业改良提供了参考。
The new low-absorption method accompanies the material as a whole with experience,and the new low-absorption method accompanies the material as a whole.This study explores new dyeing methods in the paraffin absorption process for philosophical purposes.The new attack method uses tert-butanol to replace the effect of the second extraction.Tert-butanol has a good extraction effect and low toxicity,achieving the goal of green chemistry.This research is made for the paraffin industry.Growth provides a reference.
