铜仁市白及药材中水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分的质量研究

摘要 目的:对铜仁市白及药材野生品与栽培品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分进行测定,为当地白及药材种植提供科学依据。方法:采用药典方法对野生白及和栽培白及块茎和须根从薄层鉴别、显微鉴别、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分进行检测,比较其差异性。结果野生品白及与栽培品在显微鉴别、薄层鉴别、水分、灰分无显著差异。结论:可以考虑用栽培品代替野生品,以保护生态,同时为铜仁市发展中药材种植经济助推乡村振兴提供参考。 Objective:The water,total ash and acid insoluble ash of wild white and medicinal materials and cultivation in Tongren were determined to provide scientific basis for the planting of local white and medicinal materials.Methods:Wild white and cultivated white and tuber and beard root were identified from thin layer,microidentification,water,total ash and acid insoluble ash and compared by pharmacopoeia method.Results:There is no significant difference between white and culture,thin layer,water and ash.Conclusion:It can be considered to replace wild products,in order to protect the ecology,and provide reference for Tongren to develop the development of Chinese herbal medicine planting economy to boost rural revitalization.
