一种抗衰老组合物、含该抗衰老组合物的冻干粉制备方法及研究与应用

摘要 通过对一种组合物的研究,发现该组合物对于抗衰老的效果尤为显著,将其运用到化妆品配方中,在短时间内,相比于同体系配方的抗衰效果更加明显。此外,为了保护该组合物的活性成分以及最大生物利用度,开发出一款冻干粉剂,该粉剂具有优良的冻干工艺:冻干用时短,冷冻外观漂亮平整,无干裂、无萎缩、无脱壁、不粗糙、不分层,不但能最大程度利用生物活性而且能够长期进行保存。同时未添加防腐剂,安全性较高。利用各类人体功效评价手段进行评估,效果显著。 Through the study of an anti-aging composition,it is found that the anti-aging effect of the composition is particularly significant.When it is applied to the cosmetics formula,the anti-aging effect is more obvious than that of the same system formula in a short time.In addition,in order to protect the active components and the maximum bioavailability of the composition,a lyophilized powder was developed.The powder has excellent lyophilized technology:short freeze-drying time,beautiful and smooth appearance,no cracking,no shrinkage,no peeling,no roughness and no stratification.It can not only maximize the biological activity,but also can be preserved for a long time.At the same time,no preservative was added,so the safety was high.All kinds of human body efficacy evaluation methods were used to evaluate the effect,and the effect was remarkable.
