摘要
掺稀是我国稠油开采的重要手段,根据相似相溶的原理,利用稀油溶解稠油中的胶质和沥青质从而实现降粘的目的。现场在掺稀时,对稀油和稠油混合后的降粘效果并没有很清晰的概念。本文根据现场油品粘温关系,通过Cragoe模型计算了不同掺稀比、不同温度下的混合原油粘度。当稀油稠油体积比达到1︰1时,降粘率可达90%以上,继续增大掺稀量,降粘率将会增加的很缓慢。
Diluting light oil is an important means of heavy oil exploitation in our country.According to the principle of similar miscibility,dissolving colloid and asphaltene by blending light oil contribute to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil.At site,people donot have a clear concept about the effect of viscosity reduction by diluting light oil.Based on Cragoe model and the relationship between temperature and viscosity of crude,we have calculated the blended crude viscosity under different diluting ratio and temperaturethe.When the diluting ratio is equaled to 1︰1,the rate of viscosity reduction can reach more than 90%.However,continue to increase the amount of doped rare,the rate of viscosity reduction will increase slowly.
