摘要
以锂电池正极材料(L5、L8及LCO)为主要研究对象,用宁波瑞柯生产的FT-100F粉体压实密度仪作为测试设备,对其主要测试条件做了详细的对比分析,得出了其最佳测试条件为:压力5 t、质量0.8 g,恒压时间为10 s,模具直径12.8 mm。此条件下测试钴酸锂正极材料的压实密度,重复测量11次,RSD为0.8229%,重复性好,方法可靠性高,可用于锂电池正极材料生产及应用上的压实密度监控,对锂电正极材料的稳定性起到很好的指导作用。
Taking the positive electrode materials(L5,L8 and LCO)of lithium battery as the main research object and using the FT-100F powder compacting densimeter produced by Ruike in Ningbo as the testing equipment,the details of testing conditions are compared and analyzed,the optimum test conditions were obtained as follows:Pressure 5 t,Mass 0.8 g,constant pressure time 10 s,die diameter 12.8 mm.Under this condition,the compaction density of Lithium Cobalt Cathode material was measured 11 times,the RSD was 0.8229%,the repeatability was good,the method reliability was high,it can be used to guide the stability of Lithium Cathode materials.
