闸阀中腔低逸散密封垫的选型与设计 被引量:1

摘要 本文对150#闸阀中腔用密封垫的选型设计进行了探讨。主要针对现常用的缠绕垫片与新型的波纹垫片进行了性能的对比。内容包括压缩回弹、泄漏率、高温蠕变等性能的对比;同时应用有限元的方法,对两款产品的应力分布进行了详细的计算,分析了两种的优劣。最后进行了模拟工况,对波纹垫片进行了高温循环和振动工况的性能验证,确定了波纹垫片是一款适用于150#闸阀中腔用密封垫片的型式。 The gasket design and selection for 150#gate valve bonnet.Compare the performance of spiral wound gasket and corrugated gasket.The comparison including Compressibility and recovery,leakage,creep etc.Compare the two type gasket stress distribution by FEM.Do the simulation thermal cycle and vibration testing on the corrugate gasket.All the result shows that the corrugated gasket is more suitable for gate valve bonnet gasket.
