天然气脱碳装置处理能力提升与节能降耗应用案例 被引量:1

摘要 中海石油(中国)有限公司湛江分公司东方一期脱碳进行了“a-MDEA”脱碳溶剂升级及配套技改,技改效果显著、经济效益较为可观,在“a-MDEA”脱碳系统中有较好的推广应用价值。技改后不仅装置脱碳能力提高了20%以上,而且装置单位二氧化碳热能耗下降约23%,在原料气1.05 MPa高二氧化碳分压下,净化气中CO_(2)可脱至50~600 PPm,有效提高溶液的吸收和再生效果,提高气体质量。 The“a-mdea”decarburization solvent upgrading and supporting technical transformation were carried out in the first phase of Dongfang decarburization project of Zhanjiang Branch of CNOOC(China)Co.,Ltd.The technical transformation effect is remarkable and the economic benefit is considerable.It has good application value in the“a-mdea”decarburization system.After the technical transformation,not only the decarbonization capacity of the unit is increased by more than 20%,but also the heat energy consumption per unit of carbon dioxide of the unit is reduced by about 23%.Under the high carbon dioxide partial pressure of 1.05 mpa,the CO_(2) in the purified gas can be removed to 50~600ppm,which effectively improves the absorption and regeneration effect of the solution and improves the gas quality.
