摘要
应用CFD技术对采用自然进风机械排风系统的电厂主厂房展开数值模拟,研究移动式蒸发冷却设备对主厂房运转层巡检通道的影响。结果显示该设备在巡检通道上斜向下15°送风将获得更远的降温距离,有效冷却射程达到25 m。为类似电厂通风项目的采用移动式蒸发冷却设备实现局部降温措施提供理论支持。
The influence of mobile evaporative cooling equipment on the temperature of the inspection passage in the running floor of the main power plant is studied by CFD numerical simulation.The results show that the mobile evaporative cooling equipment can achieve a longer cooling distance and an effective cooling range of 25 m when the air supply is slanted down 15°on the patrol channel.When the mobile evaporative cooling equipment is operated at different distances in the maintenance area,the temperature within 2 meters is the same,the temperature can be lowered to 3.1℃ at 5 meters,and to 2.1℃ at 10 m.This paper provides a theoretical support for the partial cooling by using mobile evaporative cooling equipment in similar power plant ventilation projects.
