摘要
目的:建立利用高效液相色谱法测定消毒剂中西吡氯铵的检测方法。方法:样品经流动相提取,采用CN色谱柱。流动相为甲醇-0.1 mol/L乙酸铵(冰醋酸调节pH=5.0),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为260 nm,柱温为35℃,进样量为10μL,外标法定量。结果:在0~1000 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),检出限0.07 mg/L,定量限0.20 mg/L,回收率为96.8%~104.5%。结论:该方法适合于消毒剂中西吡氯铵的定量分析。
Objective:To establish a new method for the determination of cetylpyridinium chloride in disinfectant by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods:The sample was extracted by mobile phase and were separated on CN column.Mobile phase was alcohol and 0.1 mol/L ammonium acetate buffer solution(pH adjusted to 5.0 with glacial acetic acid).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm and the column temperature was at 25℃.The injection volume was 10μL and the external standard method was used for quantification.Results:The linear relationship was good in the range of 5.0 mg/L to 100.0 mg/L(r=0.9997).The detection limit of the method was 1.0 mg/L.The limit of quantification was 5 mg/L and the recovery was 99.1%~103.2%.Conclusion:This method is suitable for the quantitative analysis of cetylpyridinium chloride in disinfectant.
