摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定化妆品中对羟基苯乙酮、辛酰羟肟酸、水杨酸、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、邻伞花烃-5-醇和三氯生6种防腐剂的方法。方法:样品经甲醇超声提取,通过C18色谱柱分离,以0.1%磷酸水溶液、乙腈为流动相采用梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为230 nm。结果:在上述条件下6种防腐剂分离良好,在一定浓度范围内各组分线性相关系数大于0.9995,加标回收率在88.6%~119.9%范围内,检出限在0.1~12.8 ng之间。结论:该方法经方法学验证,适用于化妆品中对羟基苯乙酮等6种防腐剂的测定。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of 6 preservatives in cosmetics,including p-hydroxyacetophenone,caprylhydroxamic acid,salicylic acid,iodopropynyl butylcarbamate,o-cymene-5-ol and triclosan.Methods:The samples were extracted with methanol and separated by C18 column.The mobile phases were 0.1% phosphoric acid solution and acetonitrile.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results:under the above conditions,the six preservatives were well separated,the linear correlation coefficient of each component were greater than 0.9995 within a certain concentration range,the recovery rates were between the range 88.6%~119.9%,and the detection limits were between 0.1~12.8 ng.Conclusion:the method was verified and can be applied to the determination of 6 preservatives in cosmetics.
