摘要
随着信息技术和教育科学的快速发展,高校传统教学模式已逐渐向信息化、智能化等智慧教学模式发展。本文以食品专业基础课程《发酵工程原理》为例,将雨课堂智慧教学手段引入课程教学中,从课前、课中、课后等教学的三个重要环节进行改革,取得了较好的教学实践结果。与传统教学模式相比,雨课堂智慧教学模式有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,提高课堂教学效率,提升课程教学质量。通过课程教学模式的研究改革,逐步探索出了适应新时代食品类专业人才培养要求的基于雨课堂的智慧教学模式。
The traditional teaching mode in Colleges and Universities has gradually developed to intelligent teaching mode such as informatization and intellectualization with the rapid development of information technology and education science.Taking the course of fermentation engineering principle as an example,this paper introduces the rain classroom wisdom teaching method into the teaching of the course,and carries out the reform from the three important links of pre-class,in-class and after-class teaching,and achieves good teaching practice results.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,rain classroom wisdom teaching mode is conducive to stimulate students'interest in learning,improve classroom teaching efficiency and the quality of classroom teaching.Through teaching research reform,rain classroom wisdom teaching mode is gradually explored to meet the requirements of talent cultivation in the new era.
