应用化学拔尖创新人才培养实践探索——以安徽工程大学为例

Exploring the Practice of Training Top-notch Innovative Talents in Applied Chemistry-taking Anhui Polytechnic University as an Example

本文以安徽工程大学应用化学拔尖创新人才培养模式改革与探索为实例,通过对拔尖创新人才培养过程中师资队伍建设、导师队伍建设、创新能力培养和创新管理与质量监控体系等方面进行研究,初步形成了有特色的应用化学拔尖创新人才培养体系。通过安徽工程大学应用化学拔尖班近几年的探索和实践,该体系在培养化学类专业大学生创新意识和创新能力方面都取得了显著成效。

This paper takes the reform and exploration of the application of the top-notch innovative talents training model in Anhui polytechnic University as an example,and studies the construction of the teaching staff,the construction of the mentor team,the innovation ability training,the innovation management and the quality monitoring system in the process of training top-notch innovative talents.It has initially formed a distinctive training system for innovative talents in applied chemistry.Through the exploration and practice of the top-notch innovative class of applied chemistry in Anhui Polytechnic University in recent years,the system has achieved remarkable results in cultivating the innovation consciousness and innovation ability of college students majoring in chemistry.
