应用型本科院校的环境工程微生物学实验教学改革探索

Exploration of Environmental Engineering Microbiology Experiment Teaching Reforming for the Application-oriented Universities

微生物在环境污染物的治理中起着举足轻重的作用,因此微生物学实验教学对于环境工程专业学生在认识和了解微生物形态、结构的基础之上利用其解决现实的环境污染问题意义重大。本论文针对传统环境工程微生物实验的教学过程中存在着启发性不足、综合应用性不够的问题,结合宁德师范学院“为地方发展服务”的办学特色,探讨了环境工程微生物实验的新型教学思路,提出了以学生为主体,启发式教学的方法,培养学生的解决实际环境问题的思维方式和综合实践能力,为实现地方绿色可持续发展培养应用型人才。

Microorganisms play a key role in the environmental pollution control.The microbiology experimental teaching is of great importance for the students majored in environmental engineering to understand the morphology and structure of microbial,thus solving environmental problems.Aiming at the problems of insufficient enlightenment and comprehensive application in the teaching process of traditional environmental engineering microbiology experiment,combined with the school-running characteristics of Ningde Normal University serving for local development,this paper discusses the new teaching ideas of environmental engineering microbiology experiment,and puts forward a student-centered and heuristic teaching method to cultivate students’thinking mode and comprehensive practical ability to solve practical environmental problems,and cultivate applied talents for realizing local green and sustainable development.
