摘要
自支撑复合材料是柔性电子器件的重要组成部分。针对Ni-MOF-74材料如何在导电基底上原位生长的问题,考察了溶剂热反应的温度、时间等因素对自支撑Ni-MOF-74@NF材料形貌的影响。实验结果表明,在泡沫镍上精准构筑自支撑蜂窝状Ni-MOF-74材料的反应条件为170℃下加热3.0 h;当温度较低或时间较短时,Ni-MOF-74材料会团聚,且微观形貌并不规则;当温度较高或时间过长时,Ni-MOF-74材料也会团聚,其呈现出较为明显的蜂窝状结构。而且,通过采用该方法在柔性碳纤维布上可控制备出自支撑蜂窝状Ni-MOF-74材料。
Free-standing composite materials are an important part of flexible electronic devices.In order to solve the problem of how Ni-MOF-74 samples are in situ grown on conductive substrates,the influence of the temperature and time of the solvothermal reaction on the morphology of Ni-MOF-74@NF was investigated.The experimental results show that the precise reaction condition for Ni-MOF-74 on the nickel foam is heating at 170℃ for 3.0 h.The lower temperature or the shorter time causes the materials to agglomerate with irregular microscopic morphology.The higher temperature or the longer time causes the materials to agglomerate with more obvious honeycomb structure.Moreover,the self-supporting honeycomb-shaped Ni-MOF-74 materials on the flexible carbon fiber cloth can be controllably prepared using this method.
