摘要
泡沫混凝土具有轻质、隔热、防火、吸声、经济、节能等优良性能,近年被越来越广泛应用于建筑工程中,尤以建筑保温隔热材料最为常用。本研究从有效利用固体废弃物的目的出发,采用陶瓷环碎粒替代河沙作为集料配制泡沫混凝土,实验结果显示,与河沙骨料对照组相比,陶瓷环碎粒掺入组试件7天和28天龄期的抗压强度有所提高,而吸水率明显降低。
Foamed concrete has good properties of light weight,heat insulation,fire prevention,sound absorption,low cost,energy saving and so on.It has been widely used in building engineering in recent years,especially used as building insulation materials.Based on the purpose of effective utilization of solid waste,this study uses ceramic ring granulated particles instead of river sand as aggregate to make foamed concrete.The experimental results show that compared with the control group of river sand aggregate,The compressive strength of the broken ceramic ring specimens at the age of 7d and 28d increased,and the water absorption is significantly reduced.
