摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,进行油酸和油醇的酯化反应,合成了油酸油醇酯,考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、酸醇摩尔比、反应时间等条件对酯化反应的影响。确定了较优的合成条件:n(油酸)︰n(油醇)=1︰1.05,催化剂用量为总反应物质量的0.5%,160℃回流反应6 h。在此条件下,酯化率达99.80%以上,用红外光谱对反应产物进行了表征。
Using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst,oleic acid and oleyl alcohol were esterified to synthesize oleyl oleate.Effects of factors,such as the dosage of catalyst,reaction temperature,molar ratio of olic acid to oleyl alcohol,reaction time on the results of esterification were investigated.The optimal conditions were determined as:the dosage of the catalyst w=0.5% of total mass of the reactants,n(oleic acid)︰n(oleyl alcohol)=1︰1.05,reaction temperature 160℃ and reaction time 6 h.The yield of esterification reached more than 99.80%.The reaction products were characterized by the FTIR.
