Analysis and Judgment of Thermal Stability of CSTR

针对化工生产过程中常应用的全混流反应器,在参数敏感性区域,由于一个或多个操作参数的微小变化,会导致热点温度的急剧增加,出现飞温,严重影响反应器的稳定运行。因此,热稳定性是CSTR设计与操作中最关键的问题。本文针对CSTR热稳定原理、一般调节手段和操作参数对CSTR热稳定性的影响,介绍几种CSTR反应器热稳定性的判别方法。

For the CSTR often used in the chemical production process,in the parameter sensitive area,due to the small change of one or more operating parameters,the hot spot temperature will increase sharply,and the flying temperature will appear,which seriously affects the stable operation of the reactor.Therefore,thermal stability is the most critical issue in CSTR design and operation.In view of the CSTR thermal stability principle,general adjustment methods and the influence of operating parameters on the thermal stability of CSTR,this paper introduces several discrimination methods for judging the thermal stability of reactor CSTR.
