轨道车辆内装用粘接胶环保性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为明确胶粘剂环保性能测试方法-TB/T 3139-2021中规定测试方法与采样袋法之间的关联性,以及胶粘剂实验室测试情况与实际应用之间的差异性,本研究利用上述测试方法测试轨道车辆常用的地板布粘接胶、防寒材粘接胶以及相关组件和材料的环保性能。研究结果表明:上述两类胶粘剂环保性能测试方法的结果(挥发性有机化合物&TVOC)在一定测试周期内(21天)存在排序一致性;虽然实际应用中胶粘剂对粘接组件环保性能影响最大,但粘接组件的TVOC释放周期要明显长于胶粘剂的释放周期,为有效降低胶粘剂对车内空气质量影响,需要在装车周期内借助其他手段加速粘接组件中胶粘剂的TVOC释放。 To clarify the relationship between the test methods specified in TB/T 3139-2021 and the tedlar bag method,as well as the difference between adhesive test and practical application,the environmental protection performance of floor cloth adhesives,cold-proof material adhesives,the related bonding components and materials commonly used in rail vehicles were tested by the above test methods in this paper.The results showed that the results of the environmental protection performance test methods of the above two kinds of adhesives(volatile organic compounds&TVOC)are consistent in a certain time(21 days).Additionally,although the adhesive has the greatest impact on the environmental protection performance of the bonding component in practical application,the TVOC release period of the bonding component is longer than that of the adhesive.Therefore,the TVOC release of adhesive in bonding component should be accelerated by other methods during the loading cycle to effectively improve the air quality in rail vehicles.
