摘要
以埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)作为纳米容器,通过真空负压法将布洛芬(IBU)装入HNTs内腔,利用层层自组装法在HNTs@IBU表面交替封装壳聚糖(CS)和海藻酸钠(SA)。分析抽真空次数与IBU负载量的对应关系以及不同CS/SA包封层数对IBU释放行为的影响,研究IBU释放动力学。结果表明:IBU负载量随抽真空次数增加而升高,增加CS/SA包封层数可以有效改善IBU突释,并降低IBU释放速率。
Halloy nanotubes(HNTs)were used as nanocontainers and the drug model ibuprofen(IBU)was loaded into the HNTS cavity by vacuum method.Chitosan(CS)and sodium alginate(SA)were alternatively encapsulated on HNTs@IBU surface through layer-by-layer assembly method.The relationship between the number of vacuum cycles and the load of IBU and the effect of different CS/SA encapsulation layers on the release behavior of IBU were analyzed.The release kinetics of IBU was studied.The results showed that the load of IBU increased with the increase of the times of vacuum extraction,and the increase of CS/SA encapsulation layer could effectively improve the burst release of IBU and reduce the release rate of IBU.
