某轨道车辆地板布愉悦度研究

Study on the Hedonic Tone of a Rail Vehicle Floor Covering

愉悦度是评价样件气味特征和感受的重要指标。本研究以某轨道车辆地板布为研究对象,建立了地板布愉悦度评价和预测方法。研究表明,该地板布中的重点气味物质为苯乙烯,其愉悦度与臭气指数间符合二次多项式模型y=0.0056-0.6758x-0.5307x^(2),在0.755~151.000的苯乙烯臭气浓度(臭气指数为-0.122~2.179)范围内相关性良好,相关系数为0.9930。利用该模型得到的地板布预测愉悦度与实际愉悦度偏差仅为2.1%,说明该方法准确度高。此外,研究还发现,只有当地板布中苯乙烯臭气浓度小于3.3时,人们才对其几乎没有厌恶度。

Hedonic tone is an important index to evaluate the odor characteristics and feeling of samples.In this study,a rail vehicle floor covering was used as the research object,and established the method of evaluating and predicting the hedonic tone of it.The results show that the key odor substance in the floor covering is styrene,and the relationship between hedonic tone and odor index is in accordance with the quadratic polynomial model y=0.0056-0.6758x-0.5307x^(2),and the correlation coefficient was 0.9930 in the odor concentration range of 0.755~151.000(the corresponding odor index range of -0.122~2.179).The deviation between the predicted hedonic tone and the actual hedonic tone is only 2.1%,which indicates that the method has high accuracy.In addition,the results also show that only when the odor concentration of styrene in the floor covering is less than 3.3,people almost have no aversion to it.
