摘要
结合当前空气质量现状,针对部分标准及文献结论常提到的净化器洁净空气量与风量和一次通过净化效率隐性关系,依据《GB/T 18801-2015空气净化器》为主思路设计试验,对静电式空气净化器进行测试分析,探讨它们是否成等式关系。结果表明通过风量与一次通过净化效率(PM_(2.5)净化效率或≥0.3μm净化效率)的乘积得到的理论洁净空气量值跟实际值存在9.23%~17.99%范围的相对偏差,而在提升净化器净化效率之后偏差得以进一步降低,达到5.62%~14.76%。因此对于在机器密封性好,进出风方式受颗粒物沉降作用较小的情况下得出的理论计算值有一定的参考意义。
Combined with the current status of air quality,aiming at the hidden relationship between the clean air delivery rate of purifier and the air volume and the one-time purification efficiency often mentioned in some standards and literature conclusions,the test is designed based on the“GB/T 18801-2015 Air cleaner”as the main idea,and the test and analysis of electrostatic air purifier were conducted to explore whether they were equal.The results show that the theoretical clean air delivery rate obtained by the product of air volume and one-time purification efficiency(PM_(2.5) purification efficiency or≥0.3μm purification efficiency)has a relative deviation in the range of 9.23%~17.99% from the actual value,and the deviation can be further reduced after the purification efficiency of the purifier is improved,reaching 5.62%~14.76%.Therefore,it has certain reference significance for the theoretical calculation value obtained under the condition that the machine has good sealing performance and the inlet and outlet wind is less affected by the deposition of particles.
