摘要
本文以海藻酸钠-聚乙烯醇-木质素为复合载体、自行筛选的高效降解菌Bacillus siamensis L5为目标菌制备固定化细胞,探究了pH、培养时间、投加量等因素对固定化细胞降解高效氯氰菊酯的影响,并评价了固定化细胞的重复使用性。通过单因素试验分析,结果表明,固定化细胞在30℃、pH为7.0、投加量为1 g、培养7 d的条件下对200 mg/L的高效氯氰菊酯降解率为96.92%。固定化细胞经过3次重复培养仍保持着81.26%的降解率。
In this study,Bacillus siamensis L5 for Beta-cypermethrin degradation was immobilized into sodium alginate-polyvinyl alcohol-lignin cells.We investigated effects of pH value,incubation time,dosage of immobilized cells on the degradation effect of beta-cypermethrin,and evaluated the reusability of immobilized cells.Through single factor test,the results showed that under the conditions of 30 degree,pH=7.0 and dosage of 1 g,the degradation rate of 200 mg/L beta-cypermethrin reached 96.92% after 7 days.The degradation rate of the immobilized cells still remained 81.26% after 3 cycles.
