超/亚临界流体降解废弃塑料研究进展

摘要 超/亚临界流体具有特殊的物理化学性质,废弃塑料在其中可以直接或催化解聚,通过得到高纯度单体实现循环利用,或通过去除有害组分和提高能量密度而成为潜在清洁燃料。废弃塑料的超/亚临界流体处理技术是一种极具发展前景的塑料经济循环路径,既使得常温常压条件下极为稳定的塑料废弃物能够在其中迅速降解,又可以通过操作条件的适当控制变化降解产物在介质中的溶解性能而高效分离。利用超/亚临界流体特有的热性能和化学性能,还可以方便地处理复合塑料或被有机物污染的塑料,全面提高塑料经济的循环效率。 Super-and subcritical fluids possess special physical and chemical characteristics,which make the waste plastics degrade with or without catalyst in this medium.As a result,they can either be reused by obtaining high purity monomers,or be reused as potential clean fuels by their detoxification and improved energy density.Waste plastics degradation via super-and subcritical fluids is a promising circular mode for the plastic economy.It not only causes the stable waste plastics under common temperature and pressure degrade rapidly,but also facilitates efficient separation of the degradation products by the convenient manipulation of operating conditions,which strongly affect the solubility of the products.Due to the thermal and chemical properties of super-and subcritical fluids,mixed fractions of plastics and plastics contaminated with organics can be conveniently treated.By using super-and subcritical fluids to process the waste plastics,circular efficiency of plastic economy is highly increased.
