摘要
本文通过对污水监测的特征以及全程序空白样品影响因素的全面分析,结合质量控制评价方法的对比分析、污染物排放限值与分析方法检出限对比研究等论证,认为目前针对污水监测过程中全称序空白样品测定结果的评价标准较为简单和笼统。污水监测过程中全程序空白样品测定结果的评定应该充分的考虑不同的污染物的排放标准限值、分析方法检出限以及监测过程中受客观因素影响的难易程度,按照不同的浓度区间进行多条件的综合评价体系的设定。其标准体系的合理建立对于提升环境监测数据的有效利用率,节约环境监测资源有非常重大的实用意义。
Based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of sewage monitoring and the influencing factors of blank samples in the whole procedure,combined with the comparative analysis of quality control evaluation methods,the comparative study of pollutant emission limits and the detection limits of analytical methods,it is concluded that in the process of sewage monitoring,the evaluation standard for detecting results of blank samples in the whole procedure is relatively simple and general.In the process of sewage monitoring,the evaluation of the detecting results of blank samples in the whole procedure should fully consider the emission standard limits of different pollutants,the detection limits of analytical methods and the difficulty of being affected by objective factors in the monitoring process,and set up a comprehensive evaluation system with multiple conditions according to different concentration intervals.The reasonable establishment of its standard system is of great practical significance for improving the effective utilization of environmental monitoring data and saving environmental monitoring resources.
