摘要
南通经济开发区中水回用示范工程在废水零排放的基础上,为了进一步实现资源化利用,采用超滤+纳滤+反渗透+电渗析+离子交换+双极膜组合工艺处理现有四工段反渗透浓水,并对该工程的设计参数、运行效果及运行成本进行了介绍。运行结果表明,膜系统的产水完全符合企业回用要求,资源化制成的酸碱满足厂区药剂使用需求,具有推广意义。
Based on the zero discharge of wastewater,in order to further realize resource utilization,Nantong Netda Water Co.,Ltd adopts the combined process of ultrafiltration+nanofiltration+reverse osmosis+electrodialysis+ion exchange+bipolar membrane to treat the existing four sections of reverse osmosis concentrated water,and introduces the design parameters,operation effect and operation cost of the project.The operation results show that the water produced by membrane system fully meets the requirements of enterprise reuse,the acid and alkali made from resources can meet the needs of chemicals in the plant.
