浅谈石油化工管廊及其管道的布置

Discussion on Petrochemical Piperack Layout and Piping Arrangement

石油化工管廊是连接各个装置区的桥梁,根据所处地形地貌、周围环境等需要有多种形式和位置。管廊上敷设的管道一般包含了易燃易爆、腐蚀性,高、低温,普通公用工程等介质管道,针对不同类型管道介质的物性和设计/操作温度,需要有不同的管道布置方式,这也直接关系到石油化工装置的运转效率。本文主要浅谈石油化工管廊及其管道布置的基本原则。

Petrochemical piperack is a bridge to connect various installations,which has various forms and locations according to the terrain and surrounding environment.The pipelines laid on the pipe rack include flammable,explosive,corrosive,high,low temperature,utility and other pipelines.According to the physical properties and design/operating temperature of different pipeline media,different pipeline arrangement methods are needed,which is directly related to the operation efficiency of petrochemical installation.This paper mainly discusses the basic principles of petrochemical pipe rack layout and pipeline arrangement.
