摘要
多效精馏是利用高压塔顶蒸汽的潜热向低压塔的再沸器提供热量,高压塔顶蒸汽同时被冷凝的热集成精馏系统,节能效果显著,在化工分离过程中应用广泛。本文以环己烷的多效精馏为例,研究了多效精馏在化工分离过程中的节能效果。结果表明,采用双效精馏分离环己烷比常规分离过程可节能30%以上,同时减少了产品损失,经济效益明显。
Multi-effect distillation is a heat integrated distillation system that uses the latent heat of overhead steam from high-pressure column to provide heat to the reboiler of low-pressure column,and the high-pressure column overhead steam is condensed as the heat resource.It has remarkable energy-saving effect and is widely used in chemical separation process.Taking the multi-effect distillation of cyclohexane as an example,the energy-saving effect of multi-effect distillation in chemical separation process was studied in this paper.The result shows that the separation of cyclohexane by double effect distillation can save more than 30%energy and reduce product loss,it has obvious economic benefits.
