摘要
21世纪以来,随着世界进步,人们的健康意识不断提高,对食品安全度的关注与日俱增。引起日常食品安全问题的主要污染源之一是大肠杆菌,如何对食品中的大肠杆菌进行快速准确的检测,成为公众非常关注的一个问题。现如今常见的大肠杆菌检测方式有着不够便捷、检测速度慢的缺点,因此开发新型快速检测技术仍有着巨大的发展空间。本文分析了已有的大肠杆菌检测技术,并比较了各个方法的优缺点,并对其未来的发展做出展望。
Since the 21st century,with the development of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,attention to food safety is increasing day by day.E.coli is one of the main pollution sources causing food safety.How to quickly detect E.coli in food has become a problem of great concern to the public.For example,the common detection methods of E.coli are not convenient and slow,so there is still a huge development space to develop new rapid detection technology.This paper analyzes the existing rapid detection technology of E.coli,evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of various method,and looks forward to its future development.
