摘要
检测人员是实验室的重要组成部分,检测人员的能力和经验是保证检测工作质量的首要前提。因为在实际工作中,同一实验室的同一样品,由不同人员操作的试验误差是可观存在的,因此评价实验室内部人员的检测能力也至关重要。在拉伸试验中,通过稳健统计法,发现对比人员的测试结果存在较大的偏差,继而找到测试人员存在操作仪器不规范,处理样条不到位,测量标准不统一等问题。最终通过针对性的措施,确保实验室测试数据的稳定性和可靠性。
Tester is an important factor of the laboratory,the ability and experience of Tester is the primary premise to ensure the quality of testing work.Because in practical work,the same sample in the same laboratory is operated by different personnel,the test error is considerable,so it is also very important to evaluate the testing ability of the laboratory internal personnel.In the tensile test,through the robust statistical method,it is found that the results of different testers are quite different,and then it is found that the testers have some problems,such as nonstandard operation instruments,inadequate processing splines,and inconsistent measurement standards.Finally,through targeted measures,the stability and reliability of laboratory test data can be ensured.
