过程装备与控制工程专业仿真实习的教学探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,受安全因素等影响,学生在石化企业中不能进行近距离的现场学习或者操作,这使得生产实习效果远远达不到预期。仿真实习是在学生完成了基本理论、基本课程实验、具有一定的理论和实践技能的基础上,以场境模拟、计算机仿真的形式讲授的课程。本文以过程装备与控制工程专业为例,对于仿真实习课程建设的必要性以及教学内容设置等方面进行了积极的摸索和实践。在该专业理论知识体系基础上设置离心泵、压缩机、换热器、分馏塔、双塔精馏、反应系统等仿真实习内容,使学生在巩固和加强原有理论知识的基础上,更全面、具体和深入地了解实际生产中过程设备、过程机械以及过程控制技术,理解各个操作步骤之间的相互关系及影响,培养学生独立思考的能力,提高学生实践操作能力和动手能力,进一步完善教育教学体系,进一步完善教育教学体系,提高过程装备与控制工程专业人才培养质量。 In recent years,students cannot carry out close on-site learning or operation in petrochemical enterprises due to safety factors,which makes the effect of production practice far less than expected.Simulation practice is a course taught in the form of field simulation and computer simulation on the basis that students have completed basic theory and basic course experiments and have certain theoretical and practical skills.Taking the specialty of process equipment and control engineering as an example,a positive exploration and Practice on the necessity of simulation practice course construction and the setting of teaching content were made in this paper.Based on the professional theoretical knowledge system,simulation practice contents including centrifugal pump,compressor,heat exchanger,fractionator,double tower distillation and reaction system were set up so that students can have a more comprehensive,specific and in-depth understanding of process equipment,process machinery and process control technology in actual production on the basis of consolidating and strengthening the original theoretical knowledge.All of these can help students understand the relationship and influence between various operation steps,cultivate ability of independent thinking,improve practical operation ability and practical ability,further to improve the education and teaching system,and improve the training quality of talents majoring in process equipment and control engineering.
