Expert consensus on prevention and treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome

目的肾综合征出血热是一种全球分布的急性自然疫源性疾病,我国是肾综合征出血热的高发地区之一,其长期危害我国人民的生命健康。中华预防医学会感染性疾病防控分会和中华医学会感染病学分会组织全国多学科专家,依据国内外的研究成果,并结合专家的实践经验,经充分讨论形成本共识,共包含17条针对预防和临床重要问题的推荐意见,旨在进一步规范肾综合征出血热的预防、诊断和治疗,以提高防治效果。

Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is an acute zoonosis with a global distribution.China is one of the regions with a high incidence of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,which has long endangered the lives and health of the Chinese people.The Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Branch of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association and the Society of Infectious Diseases of Chinese Medical Association organized national multidisciplinary experts,based on domestic and international research results and combined with experts′practical experiences,to reach this consensus after thorough discussion.This consensus contains 17 recommendations for prevention and clinically important issues,aiming to further standardize the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome to improve its prevention and treatment.
