摘要
以乙二醇和三乙醇胺配制助磨改性剂对转炉热闷渣、转炉风碎渣及电炉热闷渣进行助磨改性制备钢渣微粉,并将其应用与天然橡胶复合材料。试验结果表明:转炉热闷渣、转炉风碎渣及电炉热闷渣微粉均对天然橡胶的力学性能和阻燃性能有一定的提升效果。
In this paper,ethylene glycol and triethanolamine were used to prepare grinding aid modifier to modify disintegrated steel slag of converter,air-granulated slag of converter and electric furnace slag,to prepare steel slag powder,which was applied to natural rubber composites.The test results show that the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of natural rubber are improved by disintegrated steel slag of converter,air-granulated slag of converter and electric furnace slag powder.
