校外教育培训机构的政府监管问题研究

Study on Government Supervision of After-school Education Training Institutions

随着经济的迅猛发展,教育投资在家庭支出中的比例增大,教育需求量的增加,也催生了校外培训机构,它们在发展壮大中也暴露出不少问题,比如教师流动性大,恶性行业竞争、重经济效益轻教学质量等等,这就对政府监管提出了更高的要求。虽然国家相继出台了相应的法律法规对校外培训机构进行规范,但依然有不完善之处。本文通过描述政府监管现状,寻找监管存在的不足,剖析其原因,探索相应做法,希望能有助于政府应对校外培训市场提出的考验,促进该行业向上、向好发展。

with the rapid development of economy,education investment in the proportion of household spending increases,the increase of the demand of education,also has given rise to external training organizations,they also exposed some problems in the development,such as teachers'fluidity big,vicious competition,light heavy economic benefits the teaching quality,etc.,it puts forward higher requirements on the government regulation.Although the state has issued corresponding laws and regulations to regulate the after-school training institutions,there are still some imperfections.By describing the current situation of government supervision,this paper seeks for the shortcomings of supervision,analyzes the causes,and explores corresponding practices,hoping to help the government to deal with the test put forward by the after-school training market and promote the upward and positive development of this industry.
