护理专业中高职衔接课程体系建设的探索与实践

职业教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,护理人才是国家急需紧缺实用型人才,大力发展护理专业职业教育是国家中长期教育改革和发展的方向。在护理专业的学历教育中,中职护理教育与高职护理教育作为主流学历教育层次,相互之间的衔接在课程体系、联合培养还存在实施上有困难、设置过程不合理等问题,在教材选择、专业方向、课程侧重点、教学与考试评价等方面仍然存在缺乏针对性、不符合学生实际情况等现象,与专业技能型人才培养要求尚有较大差距。

Vocational education is an important part of China's education system.Training of nursing talents,as the practical talents urgently needed by the country,is the long-term direction of national education reform and development to develop nursing professional vocational education vigorously.In the degree education of nursing major,secondary vocational nursing education and higher vocational nursing education,as the mainstream degree education level,have difficulty in the implementation of curriculum system and joint training,and unreasonable setting process,etc.In terms of textbook selection,major direction,focus of courses,teaching and examination evaluation,there are still some problems,such as lack of pertinence,not in line with the actual situation of students,and there is still a big gap with the training requirements of professional skilled personnel.
