轴承超精机是将油石以一定的压力,压向旋转的工件,形成表面接触形态,同时油石做特定频率的震荡,用以极大的提高工件的精度和表面粗糙度。由于轴承超精机更偏重于专机,而操作人员数控基础薄弱,所以对界面开发程度要求更高,要求画面形象直观,涉及内容丰富,参数存储灵活等特点。在SINUMERIK 828D上可以通过“EasyScreen”编译器设计最终用户专用的扩展操作界面。"EasyScreen"采用ASCII文件配置的方式进行编写,可以理解为西门子特有的语法格式。使用“EasyScreen”设计界面不需要的特殊的软件,只需要Notepad(记事本)、Ultraedit等工具即可,可满足客户对界面的需求,个性化定制。
