摘要
以汽车后备箱底板覆盖件为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件Autoform,研究了毛坯尺寸、拉延筋以及压边力的变化对覆盖件成型性能的影响,最后得出最优的设计参数。进行了数值模拟,并对该覆盖件的拉伸模具进行了优化设计,发现模具节点所受作用力大,容易发生破坏。最终在优化结果的基础上设计出新模具结构。模拟优化后获得的工艺参数,为数值模拟在汽车覆盖件成型中的应用提供可靠的理论指导。
This paper takes the car trunk floor cover as the research object,and uses the finite element analysis software Autoform to study the influence of the blank size,drawbead and blank holder force on the forming performance of the cover.Finally,numerical simulation based optimization was carried out to optimize the design of the drawing die of the cover.It was found that the force on the die node was the large,that is,the die is prone to damage.Finally,a new die structure was designed on the basis of the optimized results.The process parameters obtained after simulation optimization provide reliable theoretical guidance for the forming process of automobile panels.
