摘要
为了便于医生对新血管病变做出更为全面和精准的评价,促使超声成像系统国产化及低成本化,提出一种应用于血管内超声成像系统的新型旋转控制装置的优化设计方案,设计方案提升了装置的角度检测性能和传动性能。该装置成本较低、易于操作,可实现从旋转的血管内导管及超声换能器到非旋转接收端的信号传递,同时测算出超声换能器的旋转角度实行角度检测,最后将血管内超声信号经成像系统处理后获得血管壁图像。通过搭建血管内超声成像系统来进行仿真实验,实验结果表明该装置能有效检测出血管壁图像并辅助实现血管内的超声检测,这为血管内超声成像系统国产化的发展提供了新的技术依据。
In order to accelerate the localization and low cost of intravascular ultrasound imaging system,an optimal design scheme of a new rotation control device for intravascular ultrasound imaging system is proposed.The angle detection performance and transmission performance of the device are improved by the design scheme.The device is low cost and easy to operate,it can realize the signal transmission from the rotating intravascular catheter and ultrasonic transducer to the non-rotating receiving end.The rotation angle of ultrasonic transducer is calculated for position detection.Finally,the intravascular ultrasound signal is processed by the imaging system to obtain the vascular wall image.Intravascular ultrasound imaging system is built for simulation experiment.The experimental results show that the device can effectively detect the image of blood vessel wall and assist to realize intravascular ultrasound detection.This provides a new technical basis for the development of intravascular ultrasound imaging system in China.
