系统化护理干预在孕妇口腔疾病治疗中的应用价值

Application value of systematic nursing intervention in pregnant women with oral diseases diseases

目的分析系统化护理干预在孕妇口腔疾病治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月于西南医科大学附属口腔医院就诊的96例孕期口腔疾病患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组采取常规个人口腔护理与防治措施,观察组采用系统化口腔护理干预与防治措施。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理后牙龈红肿出血、口腔感染口臭、龋齿、牙周炎及妊娠期牙龈炎的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组诊疗后1个月、产后1个月菌斑指数(PLI)和龈沟出血指数(SBI)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统化的口腔护理干预与防治措施,可以提高妊娠期患者的口腔保健意识,保证疾病的临床治疗效果,进而改善孕期口腔健康水平和生活质量,值得在临床上推广和实施。

Objective To analyze the application value of systematic nursing intervention in pregnant women with oral diseases diseases.Methods A total of 96 patients with oral diseases during pregnancy who were treated in the Hospital of Stomatology Southwest Medical University from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine personal oral nursing and prevention,and the observation group adopted systematic oral nursing intervention and prevention measures.The nursing effects of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rates of gingival swelling and bleeding,oral infection,bad breath,dental caries,periodontitis and gingivitis during pregnancy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The plaque index(PLI)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at one month after diagnosis and treatment,and one month after delivery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic oral nursing intervention and prevention measures can improve the awareness of oral health care of pregnant patients,ensure the clinical treatment effect of the disease,and thereby improve the oral health and quality of life during pregnancy.It is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
